purchased tickets to John Legend on May 19 2025 for event today October 19th @ 7:30 pm. As of 1:30 today 6 hours before event I still have not received my tickets .Called Stub Hub and they stated I should receive 3 hours before event. I have to drive about 100 miles to attend without tickets in hand. My telephone conversation was recorded and I stated if I get to the event without tickets I want a FULL refund at 4:30 pm. Very Poor Customer Service Do Not buy via Stub Hub.. Do Not
