Used to love subway fresh ingredients, now many times it looks like it’s been sitting too long and I’m afraid to put it on my sandwich. Today for convenience we stopped at Subway on 7501 Dunsmore Rd, Rapid City, SD 57701. My bread wasn’t even fresh at all and I could actually tap on it. It had to be a least a day old. We got it around noon so it should’ve been fresh. I don’t even mind if the staff isn’t very friendly, which they weren’t, but that a lot of money for what tasted like day old bread, very dried out. I didn’t even have it toasted. Plus they got our other 2 sandwiches wrong. Tried to take a survey, they no longer accept surveys. Tried to connect to other websites like Subway listen, and subway support, customer service, all a dead end. So how can they fix the issue, if they don’t want to hear it?
