“Good morning, I had the utmost positive experience in your Sheppard/Kennedy Subway restaurant with a young professional lady named AASHI.
After several poor experiences at other locations in respect to ordering via the APP, all being unsuccessful and even pushed me to the competition for my dining experience, I came to AASHI'S store. She is a keen asset to the Subway Team in every way. Patience, kindness and willing to go above the call of duty for a customer. She won my business back with ease. I even sought her name to complete this review because she was that important to acknowledge. I have been in customer service for decades and recognize and reward with acknowledgement true professionals in their craft. I hope her Team members recognize this natural kindness with keen professionalism and lean on her for skills that are learned from, not taught.

“So about 9:00 they have a door facing the park a lot and they lock the door deterrent customers from coming in that door so when you pull in the parking lot you think it's closed but it's not they leave the front door open”

What impressed me that after the high traffic had calmed down, he finished his food, went to the sink had to wash his hands with soap and water, and continued working. “I’ve notice within our last visit they are putting smaller portions of veggies and the avocado was minimal. The lady was nice the place was clean and still tipped. I’m really thinking that most places are starting to cut portions because everything is so expensive including food.”
