“I am working in the Helotes area and walked into this subway in the strip mall. I walked in to a clean location with a nice Hello and a smile. The young lady who will be named later worked on mine and another gentleman sandwich keeping our orders straight. She made the sandwiches beautiful not sloppy even with working quick. The gentleman before me stated he was going to eat the sandwich laterJeremiah placed his tomatoes and dressing on the side (so sandwich would not be soggy). That is so thoughtful. “I visit our local subway in kings lynn high street and from early April there had been no coffee machine in use ,I go next door to Costa and also not just for coffee but lunch also as I enjoy a coffee with my food ,this isn’t good enough and I’m sure you’re loosing valuable customers because of this”

“The subway on Tara Blvd., in the plaza near the Food Depot is awesome. I drive all the way from Locust Grove over to Hampton/Lovejoy to that specific Subway. The owner Jay always greets all customers coming in the restaurant. The food, bread , cookies are ALWAYS fresh. I’ve never been to a Subway near my home or on the way that comes close to the customer service Jay and his team provides. I give this store #17226-0 @ 11135 Tara Blvd., a five star review! Great job Jay!!

“I used the app to order ahead. I arrived on time and went through drive-through. It was busy and took a few minutes to get to the window. When I got to the window, an employee opened the window and told me the price. I told her I was there to pick up an online order and that the one she was holding in her hand was probably for the car behind me (who ordered at the drive-through kiosk). The employee left and came back to tell me they hadn't had a chance to make my sub yet because they were really busy today. She asked me if I could come inside to pick it up. I did that and found four other people waiting there to pick up orders, all with pick-up times earlier than mine. As I stood and waited, I noticed people arriving, walking up to the counter, ordering food, and walking out with it. The app gives me an order #, and it tells me when my pick-up time is, and it all seems to organized - until you get there and see how it is not. I walked out and drove to Jimmy John's, half a mile away. I ordered my sub and sat down to write this review, but I was interrupted because my sub was ready. So, clearly JJs is the place if I want to eat. I'm back home now, and my sub at Subway may be ready and sitting in the pick-up area, if anyone is hungry for a free meal. The employees can keep the tip. They were clearly overwhelmed.”
