“Alex was taking his break as we walked in. He stopped his lunch and went to work to help his colleague out. What impressed me that after the high traffic had calmed down, he finished his food, went to the sink had to wash his hands with soap and water, and continued working. I was very impressed with his attitude and cleanliness.”

“I’ve notice within our last visit they are putting smaller portions of veggies and the avocado was minimal. The lady was nice the place was clean and still tipped. I’m really thinking that most places are starting to cut portions because everything is so expensive including food.”
“The Subway at 630 East Dupont road in fort Wayne Indiana I have to say was amazing there were two girls natasia and Carly and they were awesome they got our food out as fast as possible and they were so kind we really appreciate them we need more people like them in the world.”

“Ordered a sub on the app for my grieving aunt and she drove out to the restaurant to pick it up In a snow storm.They said there was nothing there and they refused to make it even after showing the receipt. Customer service is awful”
“I have had issues with this location before (mobile orders not ready, staff in the back not paying attention). But today the tuna salad I received was perfect. Not stingy on the ingredients and the sauces on top was picture perfect. McNeely in Carleton Place”
“Literally gave me nothing. I'm a vegetarian and asked for a veggie sub and I got bread with like 2 of every vegetable they had. I'm not joking I was given exactly 3 olives pieces, 2 tomatos, a sprinkle of lettuce, exactly 3 stings of onions, 2 slices of pepper e leaves of spinach actually gave me more jalapenos in my sandwich than anything else.... Do the workers not care, do they want to work there, do they care they are messing w peoples food like this. I work in the food industry and I'd never do something like this to someone.
Like y'all mess my sandwich up every time I go in there except on 2 occasions and I have NEVER complained until this. You gave a sandwich with condiments and said enjoy.”

Jeff is a regular visitor sometimes every day and would like to stress how welcoming and friendly the staff are.
In fact they go above and beyond what is required of them in their treatment of customers offering superb food which is excellent value for money!
This outlet is staffed by hardworking young people from other countries who have had the courage to leave their own country to work here!
I take my hat off to them and am particularly impressed by the way in which they remain completely calm and professional in every situation even when some customers are not able to find their manners!
These young people are an example to us all and I wish them all the best in however their future develops!”
