We tried repeatedly to order the special BuyOneGetOne for $1. We kept getting "Payment Failed." We tried different cards and got the same message. We used the "chat" feature and they couldn't help us. So we tried calling the store itself and they couldn't do anything. We called the Subway main number and couldn't talk to anyone! The next day, I see a charge on our bank statement!! We're done with Subway! This is not the first time we've been through this but it is the last!!
