“I had a bit of a confusing experience today at Subway, Maple Lake, MN. I ordered the footlong meal of the day, which comes with a drink and cookies, and I also purchased extra cookies on the side.
Typically, my orders come with a separate cookie box, so when I received only a drink and a wrapped sandwich, I assumed the cookies were missing. I went back in to ask about them, and the staff member mentioned she’d need to make more of the type I ordered, since she was out—without clarifying that all the cookies were actually already packed inside the sandwich wrapping.
Because of that misunderstanding, she ended up giving me extra cookies. However, when I checked the wrapping more carefully, I realized everything I originally ordered was already there. I returned the extra cookies, as I hadn’t intended to receive more than what I paid for.
It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just a miscommunication. A quick clarification at the start would have avoided the confusion, but I do appreciate the effort to make things right.”
“We ordered 3 subs in the app, 2 roast beef and one chicken bacon ranch. There was hardly any meat on the roast beef subs. My Philly steak didn't have provolone cheese as requested. Thought this would be a better location, but found out if you aren't watching in store they leave you short.

“So about 9:00 they have a door facing the park a lot and they lock the door deterrent customers from coming in that door so when you pull in the parking lot you think it's closed but it's not they leave the front door open”

“Used to love subway fresh ingredients, now many times it looks like it’s been sitting too long and I’m afraid to put it on my sandwich. Today for convenience we stopped at Subway on 7501 Dunsmore Rd, Rapid City, SD 57701. My bread wasn’t even fresh at all and I could actually tap on it. It had to be a least a day old. We got it around noon so it should’ve been fresh. I don’t even mind if the staff isn’t very friendly, which they weren’t, but that a lot of money for what tasted like day old bread, very dried out. I didn’t even have it toasted. Plus they got our other 2 sandwiches wrong. Tried to take a survey, they no longer accept surveys. Tried to connect to other websites like Subway listen, and subway support, customer service, all a dead end. So how can they fix the issue, if they don’t want to hear it?”
“Subway was my favorite place to go for a meal. I always got a chicken wrap with cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. They have discontinued using the wrap and now use Flat bread.
I'll have to find another favorite place because I don't care for the flat bead.

“Ordered a footling sub and a wrap and it was $26!!! The new wrap is like flat bread with an odd coating on it. The cheese on the wrap and sub was scant.
We are not fans of subway anymore.”

Not Doordash itself it is wonderful! We Doordash for the convience but also for the drivers that help them financially. I have talked to many of our Doordashers that pick it up for the extra income. What I am dissatisfied about is our orders. From Subway…tuna sub,no tuna…cookies,no cookies…salad double chicken, 3 pieces of chicken, sometimes croutons mostly not, everything I ordered on a salad…a few items. I know the fast food corporations take a lot of BS but I feel a lot more effort could be put in to your orders. I tonight ordered a 12 dollar salad with double chicken and got three pieces. Can we try a little harder Subway? I would just like to know when I order I’m getting exactly what I ordered. At least close because I’m paying for what I’m not getting.”
