I was told that she cannot customize the order and so she did not give me the peppers. Very disappointing.

“The young man that took my order was terrible & acted like he was angry that I was even there. This was Wed afternoon. Made me feel like just leaving but I completed my order. The young man that rang me up with lots of piercings was actually very nice & polite. They were out of pepperoni for the BMT I wanted & then I wanted Subway Vinegarete & they were out of that too. Very disappointing but kudos to the young man that rang up my order.”

I can’t go inside and order and use the discounts or the specials and I asked the cashier at Subway® to help me and he said he didn’t do that there is no customer service phone numbers to call and get help.”

“Subway is putting deals on the app that do not apply. There is nothing said in the fine print that you have to be an All-Star member to get these deals. We ordered subs to get the 2for20 deal and they made us pay full price because we weren’t all star members, but it didn’t say that anywhere in the app. Very disappointed with the service as all they did was argue with us. The food was good, but disappointed with the service so likely won’t return, at least not to the store.”
“I went into the N 3rd street, Wffinfham location and was pleasantly surprised! This was the first time I have ever had subway bread that was actually soft, not hard and crunchy, yet still toasted. Bethany and Montana were pleasant and made us feel welcome and comfortable. I am still shocked at how nice of an experience this was! Never before have I felt this at any subway in Southern Illinois.”
“I went in to order the 6" sub for $4.99. one of the ladies was rude and said you have to do it online. So I did. I received my order took it home to eat(only live 10 minutes away) the bread was so soggy it didn't stay together. I ended up just eating the insides.”
“Did you know there is absolutely no way to contact Subway customer service. Either Canada or USA. So the locations in Port Colborne and Welland, Ontario have stopped supply the meats for half of the subs. If it has a special meat they just tell you out of stock. I call BS on that. When I was in Toronto I had no trouble or when I was in St. Catharines no trouble. Clearly different owners. If the commercials offer it and local shops just lie to the customer. What is anyone to do.

“We visit the Hayward, Wisconsin subway every year we vacation there. Everytime there is an employee(Jerome) who welcomes everyone with a smile and works hard to make your sandwich just the way you'd like. He never complains, no matter how long the line gets. He's been with the company 21 years and can still come to work smiling and serving people, who can be simply rude. He doesn't break, he just keeps smiling and does his best to make their day maybe a bit better. Thank you Jerome for always working so hard and being a kind man, it does not go unnoticed!!”
“Location was Toronto Pearson Airport departure level.
I approached the counter to order, showing a coupon for my order. My order was taken and when coming time to pay I was informed the coupon I had was not valid due to the location not having the proper equipment to scan the coupon. I was asked to download their Subway app and make the purchase online to get the discount. First of all, there is absolutely No signage stating they cannot accept cupons, secondly, I had shown the coupon while placing my order with no mention of not being able to accept the coupon and thirdly I only had enough cash on me to cover this meal, and fourthly, I was on a time crunch and unable to add more time to download their app and place my order through the app. So they decide to either discard the meal which was already made, or give it away,( I cannot imagine they would attempt to resale the meal.. but then again, you never really know ), as opposed to offering some other form of discount and informing me not to let this happen again, I work in the area of this location after this experience I will no longer be a customer of them.
I advise all travelers to be aware and verbally ask any questions Before placing your orders.
I am extremely disappointed in this locations customer service.”
“Stop at the subway on 4528 Henry Blvd, Stockbridge, Ga 30281. I got three subs was over charge for two of them. There was no current health inspection. I should have kept driving but my husband was hungry. But I will never stop here again.”
