We visit the Hayward, Wisconsin subway every year we vacation there. Everytime there is an employee(Jerome) who welcomes everyone with a smile and works hard to make your sandwich just the way you'd like. He never complains, no matter how long the line gets. He's been with the company 21 years and can still come to work smiling and serving people, who can be simply rude. He doesn't break, he just keeps smiling and does his best to make their day maybe a bit better. Thank you Jerome for always working so hard and being a kind man, it does not go unnoticed!!
