“I visit our local subway in kings lynn high street and from early April there had been no coffee machine in use ,I go next door to Costa and also not just for coffee but lunch also as I enjoy a coffee with my food ,this isn’t good enough and I’m sure you’re loosing valuable customers because of this”
“I used the app to order ahead. I arrived on time and went through drive-through. It was busy and took a few minutes to get to the window. When I got to the window, an employee opened the window and told me the price. I told her I was there to pick up an online order and that the one she was holding in her hand was probably for the car behind me (who ordered at the drive-through kiosk). The employee left and came back to tell me they hadn't had a chance to make my sub yet because they were really busy today. She asked me if I could come inside to pick it up. I did that and found four other people waiting there to pick up orders, all with pick-up times earlier than mine. As I stood and waited, I noticed people arriving, walking up to the counter, ordering food, and walking out with it. The app gives me an order #, and it tells me when my pick-up time is, and it all seems to organized - until you get there and see how it is not. I walked out and drove to Jimmy John's, half a mile away. I ordered my sub and sat down to write this review, but I was interrupted because my sub was ready. So, clearly JJs is the place if I want to eat. I'm back home now, and my sub at Subway may be ready and sitting in the pick-up area, if anyone is hungry for a free meal. The employees can keep the tip. They were clearly overwhelmed.”
“On mothers day. I wanted subway. Cut out the coupon. 2 footlong for $13.99. I got a tuna footlong. Wanted cheddar cheese on it.. all they had was shredded cheese.. my son got a wrap.. the girl dud know how to ring up the coupon. Paid full price for both. Called the store. The store Mgr said have to talk to her gm. Because I didn't call them on mothers day about it.. ok. Put my sandwich in the fridge. Tried to eat it the next fsay. The bread turned hard as a rock.. subway has really gone down hill..”
“Spent $30 at Tweed Heads Subway on Kennedy Dr and we got stale crumbly bread, took most of the top of bread off and didn't eat which you can see in the photos. I submitted what happened online to the main Subway contact as I wasn't able to find the stores direct details and they sent me a totally dismissive email, thanked me for letting them know and that its now been resolved, meaning-they are not continuing talking about it. I then had to make a new enquiry about the original one and requested a store credit to replace the terrible subs I purchased and they did not even answer me but instead asked me to rate how they dealt with it. I feel its basic decency to replace stale food.”
“I made an online order and selected the wrong location then immediately tried to cancel but couldn't. Then called the store but no body picked up for long time after several attempts they said it can't be canceled. Very poor app.”
“Subway Sterling ND. Worked a 16 hour shift looking forward to subway, I was refused service by 3 workers plus the manager Deshena because of a light hearted joke when she said ‘I’m going to drop the till and I will help you guys’, I said ‘drop the money on the floor so I can pick it up’ and I laughed and waited to be served. Waited for 10 minutes for one of the other workers to come out and tell us they are short staffed and they couldn’t serve us all because of my lighthearted joke. We’re 4 big groups traveling through there everyday and order subway but we won’t be doing that anymore … -1 star rating.”
“The Subway App wouldn't work and the lady behind the counter wouldn't honor the price that was online. The Kimball Nebraska Subway isn't worth the rude service. Eating out costs enough I don't need a side of rudeness. The gentleman working was kind but she wouldn't allow him to help us. It's May 3,2026 at 2:59 pl. I hope the owner fixes this problem.”
“I had a horrible experience with one subway in particular, in Tampa fl. It's located at 9513 Fowler Ave. In a winn Dixie plaza! I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully as when I ate there, I lodged a complaint with the corporate office to no avail, needless to say, because of that experience I will no longer be eating at subway, even though I've eaten there for years!! They obviously don't care about they name or how franchise owners treat their loyal customers, guess that's why they had Jared as a spokesperson”

We asked for MultigrIn Honey Oats Breads, which he said these are OUT OF STOCK. Later, We saw there were multigrain Honeyoats which he said these are for ऑनलाइन only.
I said, why you lied.... he said, "complain karni hai... jao karlo ", he was so rude that he served stale parmisan origano Breads...
I will not suggest to come to this place as it has broken the trust of more than 10 years...

“I arrived at 5:35pm at the Subway in Luray, Va. and placed my online order then proceeded to the counter when the man started making my order. He rudely told me that I had to move out of line away from the counter. It humiliated me in front of the other customers. I asked him why I had to move and he told me because I had an online order I had to get out of line and I'd have to wait for it to be done and then pick it up at the pick up shelf. I explained to him I wanted to watch my sandwich being made that was my right to do that And if he didn't like it, he could give me my money back. Instead of him making the situation right he went to the register and voided my order even though my sandwiches were fully from the counter. It humiliated me in front of the other customers. I asked him why I had to move and he told me because I had an online order I had to get out of line and I'd have to wait for it to be done and then pick it up at the pick up shelf. “I ordered a hamband turkey double meat extra cheese. And I gave a tip. This was done online. Immediately after I ordered I realized it wasn't delivery I was paying for it was an artists tip!! I called the store right after. I was told they don't deliver and I'd have to cancel my order. I chose to pick it up and avoid the hassle of ordering again. When I opened the sub it looked like a basic sub. No extra meat or cheese. 2 sub's cost me 35.00! Extremely disappointed!!! Never going back.”

She plays the employees against each other and causes a lot of drama. She cusses and belittle her employees. There needs to be an investigation into her unprofessional behavior.”
“The Subway at 1775 Sherman St., Denver, CO 80202 (303) 831-6262 was wonderful for 13 years until they hired some really bad apples that are SUPER RUDE. Since many regulars have ceased to patronize them, they serve subs with stale bread, soggy vegetables, and dry meat. These employees are decimating the business. The store is now a stain on the Subway chain. The only explanation that makes sense to me is that they are planning to close and don't care.”
