“I ordered via the app, taking advantage of a buy 1 get 1 for $1 footlong deal and added a pizza for my 8 yo. Also, it was located in a Walmart and I had to get some other shopping done. It charged my card but my order got stuck. When I went to the Subway, I was informed that the order went through, but they did not have pizza ingredients. The waitress voided the order as my 8yo won’t eat a sub. I tried to order from a Subway on the way home and the app would not process my payment. I stopped in anyway, but was told they do not have pizza either and their computers do not have the online deals. I tried one more time, ordering at a restaurant that was a bit out of the way and again the app would not process payment. I drove there and still no pizzas. At this point the promo was useless anyway, since the app wouldn’t work and I would have paid an extra $9. Maybe it was a small blessing that 3 restaurants had no pizzas, but really, that’s no way to run a business/ franchise. I won’t get my hour back and I won’t buy from Subway anymore. Its not that good anyway. The only reason I chose it for lunch was because of the promo. $32 for two mediocre subs and a personal pizza is not worth it in my opinion. It was questionable with the discount, but my two boys said they wanted it so I drove the extra mile or five. In addition the online app support was a chat bot that resolved nothing.”
“Second or third time getting a sandwich that was made with stale bread. No wonder people like jersey mike's. I know the difference between toasted and stale and chewy, and this has happened repeatedly. Obviously I checked maybe it was just toasted too much but no.There's a difference between toasted and chewy in stale . Forget trying to call to resolve it both times and unfortunately too busy because they never keep enough staff there. “I went to the store in Madison, Fl. on 10/7/25 and this fat sloppy looking woman put my order together in a very sloppy way. She didn't put the stuff on the bread. She slapped the stuff on the bread and then, when it was time to pay, she said the ad on the front window was not for that day. The ad didn't say it was only for certain days. 2 half subs cost me $15.03. That is outrageous.. Never again!!!!!!!!!”

“I have not been able to access the Subway app nor the website. I have un-installed the app and reinstalled. I keep getting a access denied message for both. I tried to call a store for help, or a phone number to call for assistance. I tried over a dozen stores, no answer, or a error message for the calls (such as no OEM number, or number not set up for calls). I finally got a location to answer, and was told that they did not have a number that I could call for any assistance. This is just ridiculous!”
“I ordered Smashed Avocado & Turkey footlong sandwich on Sept 30/25 from Richmond Hill, Ontario. When I placed the order I called the restaurant and I mentioned to Yuv to go easy on the sauces with mayonnaise and the house dressing, but then when it was delivered, the bread was soggy and the spinach became wilted. He had said the Avocado was fresh. But I ate most of it bc I was hungry!! Later last night my stomach felt nauseous and upset. I thru some of it out. Wasted almost $21 from this order. I’m never going to order from them again!! When I called the restaurant back the manager Shailes says to contact Ubereats which I did but they can’t do much abt it. I can’t even get a credit for my inconvenience they have caused me. The reason why I ordered Uber is because I’m in pain and I thought it would just be easy to do it this way.Thanks”

“Hubby and I stopped in to Suway in Metsmora for lunch on a road trip. Men's room closed/out of order. Womens room had no toilet paper. Only one employee and a line. I finally ordered a grilled chicken bowl, hubby a sandwich. After order was complete and paid for, she told me they were out of forks. I've never eaten a salad with my spoon. No apologies.”

“This is at the Russellville Arkansas West Main Subway, the girl making our sandwich told us we could not have more than five slices of black olive on our sandwich, the equivalent of 1/2an olive. If they make it your way then you should be able to order whatever you want on your sandwich. Also, the lettuce was so dirt brown it was unfit to eat. They had fresh lettuce in another container, but wouldn’t open it. She had more than plenty olives and the lettuce should have been dumped. We did go there once a week and the last few weeks this has been the case, our entire family says it taste weak and it’s just a big loaf of bread no toppings as they refuse to put any toppings on your sandwich. We have lived in this area for over 50 years and I will not go back. Other restaurants offer better food that is fresh and train staff to make the food taste good. Thanks for our loaf of bread with a squirt of mayo! Yuck !!”

“Subway store located in Morgantown West Virginia Patterson Drive next to Kroger‘s is absolutely the worst subway I have ever been in had a problem with my sub tried to get it taken care of and replaced and they denied it. I ordered a sub and found slimy lettuce on my sub Called back in and told them said that they would replace it and they did not. I will never come back to this subway location ever again. “On 8/26/25, I went into subway on FM 1960 and Timber Forest of Humble, TX and purchased the new spicy chicken sandwich. When u got home and bit into it, I realized the chicken was spoiled.
Not able to go back I called and left a msg on the vm stating that I would return the next day.
The "manager " was very nasty ans immediately told me there are no refunds. I told her, I only wanted another sandwich. In a nasty tone she continued to say I need a receipt.
Needless to say, this sandwich had only one small corner bitten off.
Finally, I was hastily prepared another sandwich.
I will never eat at that store again and will be sure to share the word with my hospital employees and coworkers.”
