For the last past 2 nights I have not been able to pick up my orders that was placed online. Be store on Febtry Parkway in Tyler, Tx gas been out if pepperhack cheese, chicken, bread, flatbread, etc. The store employee Lsyne is standing outside the store turning customers away due to the store shortage of products well as eco ln aiming that day shift did not bake enough bread for her to use for get shift and that the manager did not order enough products for thei store to cmpkeys their customers orders. Requesting a recnd is a long process the process to request a refund should be shorter and simpler. I love mg subway but for now on I will be going Mike Jersey way. my order was pick up placed on the app for in store pick up,😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆🥰

I will no longer be dining at Subway because of that latest "Subdog" commercial. I absolutely hate it. I curse at it and hit the mute every time.

My name is Lidia and I went to Subway in Taylorsville, Utah 54 south and 32 W. around that place they were two ladies 50+ years one of them. I asked her my bread to be Italian herb and she was cutting Italian and they asked excuse me is that italian herbs and she says this is Italian you asked for Italian and I said no I asked for Italian herbs and she just turned her head and , her eyes and she talk to me like we’re really strong voice and I was kinda angry at the moment cause this is the second time she do that to me. I didn’t do anything in the first time, but this is the second time so at the end, she didn’t bother to ask me if it’s going to eat in there or to go, she didn’t give me a back. She didn’t give me my receipt and I come back and asked for the bag. She gave me the attitude…( lady w long hair in a braid).

The order was wrong, included onions(which I’m allergic to), no extra meat and the manager wouldn’t even listen to me when I called to report the issue. He was rude, unprofessional and genuinely not nice. No more Subway from the Stringtown location!!😠

Terrible customer service at 15808 Maple St Omaha Ne. We had an on line order (paid in full), got there they said there’s no order. We had a confirmation number and payment confirmation number. No manager at store at the time. Supposed to get a full refund. Lost a customer today.

Terrible customer service. I wanted to simply exchange veggies on their protein wrap and that was “not allowed.” I asked if I could pay an up charge and that was also “not allowed.” Won’t be back.

I payed for a pickup order that should have been ready (20 minutes after paying) at 7:06pm, arrived at 7:07, still has not even begun the crafting of the subway, the people who PAY before hand should be served BEFORE the people walking in. That is how it has been at every other fast food business and this is absolutely ridiculous. How dare you waste my time, money, and energy. So disgusted with this service.

Harman and Maninder working at this location are often rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional with customers. Many others in the community have shared similar concerns and feel customers are not always treated fairly and respectfully.

Have gone to subway for year's . Think I just bought my last one. The guy out very little meat . I didn't think of it at the time. Got home was eating bread manaise & bread . To bad.

Where’s the beef??? Wow all sauce and peppers how convenient it won’t let you upload a picture on the website, but I will make sure I will spread this word around because this is horrible. There is no beef on this the sandwich at all. Wentzville location…I paid Almost $30.00! For 2 sandwiches and chips??? n@Now, I know why? I never go to subway

Just got two subs from Subway at Santa Barbara in Cape Coral. Their greed is unbelievable. They charged me 20% tip without even asking if I want to tip. This is FRAUD! This is how you lose loyal customers for good. NEVER AGAIN SUBWAY! Do not go there.

IT IS CRAZY HOW WHEN SUBWAY SELL THESE RESTAURANTS TO PEOPLE, THEY DON'T HAVE THEM TO EXCEPT ALL COUPONS. ARE IS IT JUST ALL ABOUT JUST MAKING MONEY, AND THE OWNER'S DO WHAT THEY WANT TO.

I visit our local subway in kings lynn high street and from early April there had been no coffee machine in use ,I go next door to Costa and also not just for coffee but lunch also as I enjoy a coffee with my food ,this isn’t good enough and I’m sure you’re loosing valuable customers because of this

I used the app to order ahead. I arrived on time and went through drive-through. It was busy and took a few minutes to get to the window. When I got to the window, an employee opened the window and told me the price. I told her I was there to pick up an online order and that the one she was holding in her hand was probably for the car behind me (who ordered at the drive-through kiosk). The employee left and came back to tell me they hadn't had a chance to make my sub yet because they were really busy today. She asked me if I could come inside to pick it up. I did that and found four other people waiting there to pick up orders, all with pick-up times earlier than mine. As I stood and waited, I noticed people arriving, walking up to the counter, ordering food, and walking out with it. The app gives me an order #, and it tells me when my pick-up time is, and it all seems to organized - until you get there and see how it is not. I walked out and drove to Jimmy John's, half a mile away. I ordered my sub and sat down to write this review, but I was interrupted because my sub was ready. So, clearly JJs is the place if I want to eat. I'm back home now, and my sub at Subway may be ready and sitting in the pick-up area, if anyone is hungry for a free meal. The employees can keep the tip. They were clearly overwhelmed.

On mothers day. I wanted subway. Cut out the coupon. 2 footlong for $13.99. I got a tuna footlong. Wanted cheddar cheese on it.. all they had was shredded cheese.. my son got a wrap.. the girl dud know how to ring up the coupon. Paid full price for both. Called the store. The store Mgr said have to talk to her gm. Because I didn't call them on mothers day about it.. ok. Put my sandwich in the fridge. Tried to eat it the next fsay. The bread turned hard as a rock.. subway has really gone down hill..

Spent $30 at Tweed Heads Subway on Kennedy Dr and we got stale crumbly bread, took most of the top of bread off and didn't eat which you can see in the photos. I submitted what happened online to the main Subway contact as I wasn't able to find the stores direct details and they sent me a totally dismissive email, thanked me for letting them know and that its now been resolved, meaning-they are not continuing talking about it. I then had to make a new enquiry about the original one and requested a store credit to replace the terrible subs I purchased and they did not even answer me but instead asked me to rate how they dealt with it. I feel its basic decency to replace stale food.

So bad. The meat was chewy and one sandwich had one piece of meat on it. Changed owners I believe. Will not ever go back
