I made my first in app order and I didn't receive lettuce, pickles, mayo, mustard, salt or pepper or jalapeno pepper on my sandwich

allways loved it , dont know whats gone wrong . greed as done it discusting never again subway whats gone wromg. doncaster hos[ital dining place . usualy long ques the for subway nice staff not any more disgusting atitude from staff food small bread not fresh 2 very thin lairs of pepper . asked for a bit more and was snapped at and told exta 60 pence and thats for 2 thin cust . 6 inch no not 6 inch i am done with now -10 errr

Each time we have ordered from the Ford Dr location in Oakville, they have added topping that were not requested and left off toppings that were ordered. In addition, do not ask for double meat or bacon as they bill you for it but do not supply the extra's.

The woman at the counter was NOT a people person by any means and the bread was stale on camanche Ave Clinton ia I'll go back to the north 2nd St location I've never had a problem there ever.

Went in to get a number 10 for our daughter to take for lunch tomorrow asked him to put lettuce and other toppings in a bowl he wanted to charge me 11.00 for a bowl .he done lost his everlasting mind and yall wonder wht people pay 20.00 for a sandwich at firehouse or jersey Mike's because subway your sevic3 sucks .I won't be back.

I will never eat at subway because I was just forced to watch your commercial on a gas pump at Valero in Mineoa tx. I instantly have no use for a company who forces people to watch their advertising while im pumping gas in my car

Lack of promised hours, training is rubbish, no support for new staff and make them run the whole shop while manager sits on their phone all day. I would never recommend this place for anyone to work. If anyone wants to work for this company ... stop! You have standards... aim higher

Whent in on sun the 9th the staff was very rude to customers and 1 staff member spat in a customers order because he said they did the sandwich for is austic son and refused to give customers refunds and no manager there to sort the problem wont go again no star ratin

Ordered a sub on the app for my grieving aunt and she drove out to the restaurant to pick it up In a snow storm.They said there was nothing there and they refused to make it even after showing the receipt. Customer service is awful

Literally gave me nothing. I'm a vegetarian and asked for a veggie sub and I got bread with like 2 of every vegetable they had. I'm not joking I was given exactly 3 olives pieces, 2 tomatos, a sprinkle of lettuce, exactly 3 stings of onions, 2 slices of pepper e leaves of spinach actually gave me more jalapenos in my sandwich than anything else.... Do the workers not care, do they want to work there, do they care they are messing w peoples food like this. I work in the food industry and I'd never do something like this to someone. Like y'all mess my sandwich up every time I go in there except on 2 occasions and I have NEVER complained until this. You gave a sandwich with condiments and said enjoy.

IT IS SAD HOW SUBWAY, WILL NOT LET YOU TALK TO SOMEONE. YOU HAVE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT BY EMAIL, BUT YOU NEVER GET ANYTHING RESOLVED. SUBWAY SEND YOU COUPONS, BUT THE STORE'S ONLY TAKE CERTAIN ONE'S. SO MY THING IS I WILL LET THE NEWS MEDIA GO IN THE STORE WITH THE REPORTER AND CAMERA.

You suck for #1.. I’m tired of wasting my gas on your and time on your franchise that will not let you have a deal without the physical coupons.. or the code online.. your app coupons have to be cash only! Nothing but a big pain in the ass.. your over priced with a coupon or code.. I do not recommend at all..food is good but not worth the hassle you bring!!!

I ordered via the app, taking advantage of a buy 1 get 1 for $1 footlong deal and added a pizza for my 8 yo. Also, it was located in a Walmart and I had to get some other shopping done. It charged my card but my order got stuck. When I went to the Subway, I was informed that the order went through, but they did not have pizza ingredients. The waitress voided the order as my 8yo won’t eat a sub. I tried to order from a Subway on the way home and the app would not process my payment. I stopped in anyway, but was told they do not have pizza either and their computers do not have the online deals. I tried one more time, ordering at a restaurant that was a bit out of the way and again the app would not process payment. I drove there and still no pizzas. At this point the promo was useless anyway, since the app wouldn’t work and I would have paid an extra $9. Maybe it was a small blessing that 3 restaurants had no pizzas, but really, that’s no way to run a business/ franchise. I won’t get my hour back and I won’t buy from Subway anymore. Its not that good anyway. The only reason I chose it for lunch was because of the promo. $32 for two mediocre subs and a personal pizza is not worth it in my opinion. It was questionable with the discount, but my two boys said they wanted it so I drove the extra mile or five. In addition the online app support was a chat bot that resolved nothing.

Second or third time getting a sandwich that was made with stale bread. No wonder people like jersey mike's. I know the difference between toasted and stale and chewy, and this has happened repeatedly. Obviously I checked maybe it was just toasted too much but no.There's a difference between toasted and chewy in stale . Forget trying to call to resolve it both times and unfortunately too busy because they never keep enough staff there. So I'm assuming that's why I had stale bread because they didn't make fresh bread this morning or even yesterday 😒 i'm not a mean person, but because this has happened repeatedly.And all you're ever told is all the poor person was too busy.They don't have enough staff that has nothing to do of freshness and quality.I can see speed maybe or being busy.But freshness and quality shouldn't be affected by that

I went to the store in Madison, Fl. on 10/7/25 and this fat sloppy looking woman put my order together in a very sloppy way. She didn't put the stuff on the bread. She slapped the stuff on the bread and then, when it was time to pay, she said the ad on the front window was not for that day. The ad didn't say it was only for certain days. 2 half subs cost me $15.03. That is outrageous.. Never again!!!!!!!!!
