“Around 4:45pm I stopped at this Subway in Tekonsha Michigan to grab something to eat with a friend. There was a blonde teenage boy who came in around 5pm who was giving me dirty looks, he came out from the back and into the lobby to talk to another boy, he was being obnoxiously loud behind me while I was trying to enjoy a conversation over food with my friend. This experience made me and my friend want to quickly finish our meal and leave. As we were leaving he was still giving me dirty looks. I find this very unprofessional and this interaction made me uncomfortable as well.”
“I saw Rats In here and bathroom is alway out of service, seen employee scratch his head and nose and touch money with same hands he uses the kitchen without washing hands it’s unbelievable unprofessional 😔 and review wont accept my proving pictures !”
“The absolute worst sandwich I have ever had. Ordered 3 6 inch oven roasted sandwiches with trimmings and they had very little meat, terrible looking veggies. No mayo or mustard. Overall food and service not good.”

“Went to subway to get a assorted sub like in the pic. They do not have salami, ham , bologna separate. What they call assorted is all bologna. The employee at the Delaware ave Buffalo store had the music so loud you could not hear him talk. And they were out of what they call assorted meat.”

Orders on the app. Charge you for extras, you pay for it, but the owner told their stuff to cut back on what is put on your sandwich or in your salad bowl. Due to the cost of food that is stocking their stores. Really if we pay the extra cost, shouldn't we get what we pay for. Don't order extra, you won't get it, but you will pay for it. “I went to a subway In Barclay Heights Saugerties,NY for dinner I arrived at 8:10pm and the resturant was closed the hrs on the door says they close at 8:30pm Monday through Friday 20min before the time on the door. If they're not going to follow the hours on the door then they should change the hrs on the door.”
“Went inside and I was the only customer in line. Stood there for 5 minutes. Not one employee greeted me or ask how they could help me. The girl behind the counter was just restocking. Not once asked what I needed. Got tired of standing there and left. Won't be back”

“The young man that took my order was terrible & acted like he was angry that I was even there. This was Wed afternoon. Made me feel like just leaving but I completed my order. The young man that rang me up with lots of piercings was actually very nice & polite. They were out of pepperoni for the BMT I wanted & then I wanted Subway Vinegarete & they were out of that too. Very disappointing but kudos to the young man that rang up my order.”
“I have not been able to use the app or order online for over a week because the site is not working. I can’t go inside and order and use the discounts or the specials and I asked the cashier at Subway® to help me and he said he didn’t do that there is no customer service phone numbers to call and get help.”
“Subway is putting deals on the app that do not apply. There is nothing said in the fine print that you have to be an All-Star member to get these deals. We ordered subs to get the 2for20 deal and they made us pay full price because we weren’t all star members, but it didn’t say that anywhere in the app. Very disappointed with the service as all they did was argue with us. The food was good, but disappointed with the service so likely won’t return, at least not to the store.”
“I went in to order the 6" sub for $4.99. one of the ladies was rude and said you have to do it online. So I did. I received my order took it home to eat(only live 10 minutes away) the bread was so soggy it didn't stay together. I ended up just eating the insides.”
