On 8/26/25, I went into subway on FM 1960 and Timber Forest of Humble, TX and purchased the new spicy chicken sandwich. When u got home and bit into it, I realized the chicken was spoiled.
Not able to go back I called and left a msg on the vm stating that I would return the next day.
The "manager " was very nasty ans immediately told me there are no refunds. I told her, I only wanted another sandwich. In a nasty tone she continued to say I need a receipt.
Needless to say, this sandwich had only one small corner bitten off.
Finally, I was hastily prepared another sandwich.
I will never eat at that store again and will be sure to share the word with my hospital employees and coworkers.
