I don't usually write reviews, but I received such excellent service from Kieron today that I felt I had to write to praise him for his professional manner. We had been corresponding over the email, but we had hit a brick wall so Kieron arranged to call me. He very kindly sorted out the issue which was a silly mistake on my part!
