I received a email to say they were on their way .
Then nothing, emailed them to find out were they were to be told ,they were to big for the normal delivery ,!!! But would be sending via a other delivery company .
Few more days went by ,then I emailed them again to be told they were damaged and they had sent me a refund.
I wanted theses for Christmas on my new sofa and a other company I was looking at for cushions have know sold out of the ones I wanted.
If you just would be honest as soon as things happen instead of customers have to keep emailing them to find out what's going on .
And all 5 damage when I was told they would be coming in 2 parcels !! Mmm .

I have requested samples, ordered fabric, 7 king bedsets, as well as sheets and pillowcases.

My last order was in August 24 for an Amanda Holden bed set and luckily I purchased the last one in stock. I requested delivery to my local shop and it did not arrive in the date I was advised. I called Terry’s support team and they explained that when a shop has too many parcels, it is not unusual for the shop to decline the delivery. I was upset as I had set my heart on this item. Rachael went above and beyond by ensuring that the returned parcel was kept to one side with instructions to resend it to me, instead of being returned to stock.
