Ordered 5 cushions from Terry's I received a email to say they were on their way . Then nothing, emailed them to find out were they were to be told ,they were to big for the normal delivery ,!!! But would be sending via a other delivery company . Few more days went by ,then I emailed them again to be told they were damaged and they had sent me a refund. I wanted theses for Christmas on my new sofa and a other company I was looking at for cushions have know sold out of the ones I wanted. If you just would be honest as soon as things happen instead of customers have to keep emailing them to find out what's going on . And all 5 damage when I was told they would be coming in 2 parcels !! Mmm . Not happy . first time in ordering and last .
