My last order was in August 24 for an Amanda Holden bed set and luckily I purchased the last one in stock. I requested delivery to my local shop and it did not arrive in the date I was advised. I called Terry’s support team and they explained that when a shop has too many parcels, it is not unusual for the shop to decline the delivery. I was upset as I had set my heart on this item. Rachael went above and beyond by ensuring that the returned parcel was kept to one side with instructions to resend it to me, instead of being returned to stock.
