I ordered a curtain track from Terry's and unfortunately, it was damaged in transit twice. Terry's were very quick to respond and resolved the situation quickly and efficiently. When the item was damaged a second time, they refunded the postage to me without my asking.
I now have the curtain rail and I am very pleased with the quality.
