I have order from Terrys several times and am always very happy. The items are quality and the customer service is outstanding. My last order (a bedding set) had some loose seams so I contacted customer service. I got a refund within a couple of hours (refund or replace options given). I cannot reccomend Terrys enough. Will always buy my bedding here.
