Had a small fault with my bedding but did not wish to return it. I initially spoke to Rachel who was extremely lovely and helpful. A day later I received an email from Kieron advising me they were sending a complimentary item. The prompt communication and outstanding customer service really made my day. This type of personal service is very unusual in this day and age. Thank you Terry’s.
