I have recently received a pair of ready made curtains through Terry’s, which unfortunately had a fault. I contacted customer services via email and included a photograph, Kieron responded swiftly and organised a replacement pair of curtains for me. The customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommend Terry’s, and will definitely use them again in the future.
