Customer service was very good, but please lose the automated one, as they just go round in circles, the message from customer service was welcome and the item received by courier same day. My items arrived well packed and are lovely. I ordered 2 fold up bags and the design is lovely and bright as well. So handy for popping in handbag when going out in case I buy something and they hold a good amount too, love them.
