I ordered blinds but misunderstood the measuring instructions and they did not fit as as they should have . Kieron in customer services could not have been more helpful. The issue was resolved with no fuss and i have now placed another order and await my delivery. Despite this issue i have now reordered for the same material fabric and pattern as they were of excellent quality, extremely well made and easy to fit. Thank you again
