The quality of the item was as expected, excellent. There was an issue which customer services dealt with perfectly. There was an issue with the courier which customer services then addressed. Throughout the focus was on customer satisfaction and in this those involved come out well. Professional, helpful, friendly and providing practical recommendations. That I will be buying from this company again says it all.
