Have bought many many meters of fabric, bedding and blind kits from Terrys, always been gtreat. There was a delay with the delivery of one kit, manufacturing delay, not Terrys fault, But as soon as I contacted customer services they sorted me out with an alternative and express delivery. I love it when customer services try their utmost to keep a customer happy. Strngthens the loyalty you have, Thank you Terrys team, Ill definately continue toshop with you,
