Would rather gouge my own eye out with a rusty spoon than ever have to suffer their chatbot and call centre again. I was “assured” my contract was cancelled in January but got a bill for 3 months just with a threat to call the debt collector if I didn’t pay. I spent the last 3 hours with “Salman” and co on chat bots and the phone to be told I have to pay this and I should “rest assured” now that it’s been properly cancelled. No email to confirm they’ve now properly cancelled it, they refused, and I am unable to access my three account to change the address they are sending the confirmation to as I no longer have access to this number, as I was “assured” it was cancelled several months back. Absolute nightmare situation. Madness. Never ever again. It feels as though three is systemically designed to scam customers. I have been with them 6 years, never missed a payment, absolute pirates.
