Got tired of their crappy service so decided to cancel. Three made it unreasonably hard but I thought I'd finally got it done. But they were still charging me. Cancelled payments with my bank and lodged a formal complaint but only got an acknowledgement after leaving a scathing review on trustpilot. Finally, finally got it cancelled but no refund as they claimed to have no record of my earlier instruction. Then a few months later they call responding to my formal complaint. Incompetent, scammers, total thieves even. Never use this company. I cetainly won't return as a customer.
