Not customer friendly at all. Last month a lady from Three contacted me and promised to sort my overpayment problem. She was from abroad, I think Indian, but she didn't come back to me. I tried to contact her on 333 to ask about a specific issue that doesn't come under any of the options you gave us. The options have just read what is in the Internet and put the phone. I've been trying to speak to someone but couldn't!
I will never recommend Three for any of my aquintances because of this problem of contacting telephone communication..
