Manager at IOW implied a faulty suitcase was mishandled by the airlines who throw them about. However, it was hand luggage that did not leave my possession. This was despite it being faulty and the burden being upon TK max to prove it was not faulty as it’s is less than six months old. The response was to avoid responsibility at any cost and to make inappropriate judgements about me/others. I work hard for my money and expect a product to be fit for purpose and of good quality.
