I'm based in Dublin and recently ordered three dresses from TK Maxx online. Unfortunately none worked out and I sent them back within a couple of days. I wasn't sure how the refund process was going to be but I can honestly say I've had a very good experience. I mostly dealt with a lovely lady called Rehanna and she was excellent to deal with and so helpful. The final part of the refund has just been sorted today and based on this experience I would definitely use TK Maxx online again.
