After a dress I bought for a wedding fell apart... I was expecting a refund even though I didn’t have my receipt... I had the TXMaxx labels which I had only just removed the day before... I had only wore it an afternoon..... what I WASNT expecting was the attitude of the assistant on Tuesday at your Oldham branch who made me scroll through my on line banking statements on my phone ( in front of other shoppers) at the counter... to prove my purchase!!!!!..... she also checked on her computer..... eventually she offered me a credit note.... and I left feeling quite traumatised.....
I usually love my frequent TXMaxx shopping experience...
