Bought a Scott e MTB for my son. Wishing about 50 miles of riding, the crank arm fell off.
Apparently this was our fault for not checking. Their site says the bike come professionally built but what’s the point if you have to double check there work.
Go elsewhere if you want after sale service. Won’t be buying from them again
