Extremely poor after sales service. Faulty wheel collected by Tredz for warranty repair. Many weeks later...threat of litigation and wheel returns with gear cassette re-fitted. Failed again within 10km. Wheel was not repaired...bike has gone back. Tredz not interested. Want to charge to repair? Going legal now. Use this company at your peril! Personaly, must rate as the worst company I have every dealt with by a long way. Wish I had read the reviews here first.
