Similar problems to the majority here. Spent £2300 on a bike, the rear wheel fell apart after 400 miles. Bought from wheelies.co.uk, who are uncontactable completely, so contacted Tredz. (who built and sent the bike, and after further investigation, are sibling companies). "Will send you a wheel box, expect it soon", John from customer service. 5 days later, no box.
Appalling customer service. No answer to phones, or emails.
3 weeks now, no bike. no urgency, no priority, no apology, no remedy.
