Intermittent W101 error on shimano ebike making it useless. Sent away for repair. Nothing was done, sent back without a single part changed.
Problem comes back within 50km ride. Send another query…no reply in days.
Would never buy another bike through tredz again. Too slow, too ineffective at solving problems.
