Total terrible experience trying to buy a bike from this company. Do they not assume people are working 9 till 5 and arrange for a day time delivery. Even when i took the weekend off to get it during the day the delivery could not take place according to them. Ended up telling them not to bother sending and ask TNT for parcel to be returned. Utterly hopeless as a company.
