Used them for the first time to buy an expensive back pack (orliteb). The bag came unwrapped in no packaging (just in the standard tredz box). It has lots of dirt marks and a couple of scuff marks which is very unimpressive
Their customer service team were not very helpful, offering a 10% voucher however I hardly shop with them and they seemed to think it was a minor issue. Paying £100 for a backpack and to receive it in this condition is not minor in my view unfortunately
Use another retailer - I would avoid them
