Took the £3000 out for one short ride. The bike made a terrible noise which I was told “all good bikes make that noise” I own a cube ebike and that makes no noise. So I asked the day after it was delivered to send it back. I was told by one bike specialist I was within my rights to send it back but now they’re saying it’s used and cannot be returned. Absolutely appalling after sales care.
