I bought two bikes for Xmas as I have 14 year old twin boys. After 1 month the left side crank arm came off, I’m handy with mechanics so bought a new one online and changed it, now I’ve changed it 3 times. When repotting this fault online with their technician/support team we have gone back and forth for a couple of weeks. Now my second son’s crank arm has also fallen off when he was riding it and injured himself.
I have again reported this after the first time of it falling off and their response is, it’s wear and tear and it’s not under any warranty.
Personally, having purchased two bikes with the same problem after a few months of use I believe there must be a problem from manufacturing and if they do not recognise this fault could cause danger to life, I recommend nobody to purchase from them online and use a trusted company where you will get the help you need. I will be taking this further unless they recognise a fault and repair both bikes.
