Absolutely disgusting customer service. Bike was promised to be delivered on Friday and got an email saying it wasn’t going to be with me until the following Wednesday.
Phoned up that day and was told apologies it’ll be with you Saturday but I needed it to a different address. After 5 phone calls confirming the change of address it was delivered to my original address.
Avoid this company at all costs
