What a disaster of a company. What a disaster of a company. I'm posting this message here because if I send it in an email I get no reply, so hopefully, a bit of name and shame will get Tredz jumping to improve the comms and customer service. Hi customer service, thank you for your email finally on the 10.06.20 after 4 weeks of reaching out, from what I read on trust pilot you are having to mop up a large number of complaints, I really do sympathies with your service team as its not your doing, but more so a badly run business with poor leadership ideas. Sadly Tredz has in the business industry a pretty poor reputation, and being a business coach I have heard from many business owners who feel the same way about the running of Tredz to its customers, it only takes a small amount of intense complaints to turn the reputation of a business into landslide sadly. When the blame culture in any business gets to the place of which Tredz is practicing by pointing all its complaints back to the supplier or customer it is because the support system for the tredz service teams is not there and everybody is having to do what one can to calm the disappointment of the customers. Your email system is awful, a four week wait for return of message in this day and age. Tredz needs to remember the scars of customer disappointment don’t go away but spread socially. I am to contact V12 on the 16th to progress with my withdrawal of our finance contract, but heres the thing I love the bike but have no wish to be involved with a bike supplier that offers nothing less than a stressful purchase. Tredz is a stressful company to deal with. Today is the fourth week without my bike, which in turn takes a full month away from my buy now pay twelve month agreement, and for me this is also a huge issue as this was the attraction to my purchase. To move forward we can either cancel the agreement or add back into the pay later date the weeks that Tredz has held the bike in store waiting to repair. There are so many other options Tredz could have taken to rectify the elapsed time to get the bike back and while it may have asked for a different protocol to rectify the issue and get the bike back to me earlier it would have also bought the customer service the kudos that so many of your trust pilot complaints wish to avoid.
