Spent £4500 on a Cube E bike and a fault code appeared on the screen.
Took over a month to be repaired. No customer service at all
Took over an hour to phone the main phone number and speak to anyone in the warranty department directly, you can only e mail and the no reply to your emails ???????? Worse company I have ever dealt with. Beware any one thinking of buying an E bike from this company. But they are very good at selling !!!!
