I have been a loyal customer for many many years, I love the childrens clothing however I will no longer be doing business with company. They are not refunding me for returned items. Last year I had to chase them for my refund and they put it0 00down to computer glitch. I spoke to customer services and managed to get my money back. However this year the same thing happened no refund. I chased them and was sent me a generic letter putting the blame on computer systems. I am still waiting for my refund 3 months later and don't think I will get it. I wonder if they are going out of business, however if the computer glitch doesn't bankrupt them the bad reviews will.
