Watches2U sent me the wrong watch (model and colour!). They are refusing to correct their mistake as it’s outside the 14 day returns period which in itself is criminal but my purchase was a week before their extended Christmas returns policy. I am not asking for a refund, only for them to correct the mistake that they made. They refuse to acknowledge the error, hiding behind their T&C’s - I cannot believe they are allowed to trade in this manner - completely dishonest and deceitful. A massive one to AVOID
