The Timex watch I bought from Watches2U was defective. They refused a refund and said I had to claim it from Timex - apparently their terms and conditions state that they are not liable for defects. Timex in the UK (which Watches2U directed me to) said they couldn't help because I am in NZ. Timex International said I had to go to the authorized Timex dealer in NZ. That dealer said it is nothing to do with them. So no redress. It's outrageous that Watches2U can get away with taking no responsibility for defective goods. So I'm $85 out of pocket.
