Appalling customer service. Blocked my account due to my wages being paid in... I could not access any money, was left late at night, unable to get home. Their emergency line cannot deal with emergencies...a female, left late at night, with a disability, with no access to their account. They did NOT return calls, could not escalate my complaint. Gave ridiculous advice. Then sent a text asking for feedback...which is unusable due to an error. Laughable. Oh and if you have a ZOPA credit card, on the ZOPA app, you cant actually select ZOPA as a bank to pay ZOPA. Genius. I am moving as soon as possible. BAD BAD SERVICE AND COULD PUT VULNERABLE PEOPLE IN A DANGEROUS SITUATION WITHOUT ACCESS TO YOUR OWN MONEY.
