We just replaced 30 windows in our hole with Pella triple-pane vinyl windows. The entire process took three days and everything went like clockwork. Our Sales Representative, Patrick Gonzalez, was very knowledgeable. He came to our home, discussed our needs with us, and took our order. During the installation he checked on the progress and made sure we were satisfied. Our Project Coordinator was Kathleen A. based at Pella in Monroe, CT. She kept track of our order, and scheduled the delivery of the windows and the installation.The installation was done by a crew headed by Edwin from S & G Construction. They were very professional, courteous, and hard-working. At the end of each day, they left our home spotless. While we ourselves do not now expect to need new windows for decades, we would highly recommend Pella in general , and with any of the individuals, we had the pleasure of working with.
