I was told 1 price to replace all my sliders wheels, and REPAIR the track (he didn’t even replace the tracks) at the beginning of the service…the cost of the materials is small, he completed all 12 doors in 3 hours. At the end he doubled the price. I thought $350 per opening (I have 5 sliders) expecting cost to be about $2k… but they charged me over $4k ($350 x12=$4200) which is astronomical!!! Every other company I called was $140-150 per panel (HALF the price). I complained to the owner, explained how unprofessional this was, being told one thing at the start then changing the price. I felt trapped and shame on me for allowing my card to be charged. Do not fall for this like I did!! Don’t use them! They will overcharge and scam you!!”

I was promised a refund of a measly $150.00 but that promise was never kept. I did not receive any refund!! If you are smart you will not do business with an establishment that takes advantage of senior citizens. I am proud to leave my name. FYI... I wrote to all of the authorities and the Better Business Bureau about how senior citizens were fleeced.”

Ronen came out the day I called to repair sliding glass door. The glass is coming out of the frame already and the door is unusable. He replaced the rollers. He charged an outrageous amount of $350 for poor workmanship. I do not recommend this company. We have called the company 3 times and we were put off to next week.”
