“con men that will overcharge , double charged on labor, and 300 percent mark up on the part will file a complaint with better business they will give you a price on the phone and then will over charge by 60 percent more, don't go by their review's the are no accurate”
“I had no intention of 'reviewing' this company- except to say this: Before they touch anything, or do any work, have a written cost for the job. Not just an estimate! As a few reviewers have mentioned- you will be told one thing and charged another. I had to have a 2nd company FIX what they messed up because I could not get help from A-1.”
“They thought they could remove my very poor review but here I am again. They charged me $809.00 for a job that should have been at the most $350.00. I was promised a refund of a measly $150.00 but that promise was never kept. I did not receive any refund!! If you are smart you will not do business with an establishment that takes advantage of senior citizens. I am proud to leave my name. FYI... I wrote to all of the authorities and the Better Business Bureau about how senior citizens were fleeced.”

Ronen came out the day I called to repair sliding glass door. The glass is coming out of the frame already and the door is unusable. He replaced the rollers. He charged an outrageous amount of $350 for poor workmanship. I do not recommend this company. We have called the company 3 times and we were put off to next week.”
