Where do I begin. I recently purchased a new home and needed to do some improvements. First item on my list were windows and doors. I had three major companies come in and give me an estimate, one of them was Pella. The other companies put on a fancy show but I wasn’t impressed with their crazy prices. The last company that came into my home was Pella. I meet with their representative Patrick. He is a down to earth individual who was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t play games. He went through my home measured all my windows, walked me through the process and gave me an honest quote. I was so impressed with him and his company! I decided to move forward with his quote. It took a couple of months to get my windows and doors but oh boy was it worth the wait!! The A-1 crew was amazing!! They were clean, neat and very respectful in my home. They went above and beyond! I was so impressed, my representative Patrick even came to my home the day of installation to make sure everything was going as planned.
