I am ecstatic with my A-1 DOORS experience. The sales rep., Lisa Stewart , is amazing. Her knowledge of the product and her continuous care and follow up was exemplary. I needed to replace the sliding door and she guided me to the pella product that fit my needs perfectly. The only negative issue I had was with the delivery. Once I notified Lisa that there was an issue she handled it. The installation crew, mike and jimmy, were great. They were pleasant, efficient clean. I love A-1 sliding doors!
