My father purchased windows from Lisa Stewart over the summer. We were very skeptical about our purchase because we have had some bad experiences in the past. However Lisa stuck to her word. She explained the process, was patient with my dad and his repetitive questions. The installers were wonderful. The windows are beautiful and everything Lisa said they would be. We even had a small issue with a rip in the screen. Lisa and Albert handled it with efficiency. My screen was delivered as promised and so far this winter I already see a difference in the warmth.
