We recently got new windows from Window World. We replaced eight of our very old windows and five very old basement windows. I was very pleased that it was a stress-free experience all the way around. Ross came over to give an estimate. Ross is wonderful because he is very soft-spoken and calming: there is no high pressure at all, no games, no gimmicks. He'll just give you the estimate and answer any questions ... no pressure. The estimate was very reasonable. A couple of weeks later, the windows were installed. The team that came was very efficient, competent, knowledgeable, and neat. We are very happy with our new windows. They are good quality and were installed well. I highly recommend A-1.
